Welcome to Bullet Coaching's Shipping Policy! Below you will find all the details regarding how we process and ship your order. Since our clothing is made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, shipping times may vary. We do our utmost to get every order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Production Time

  • Production Time: As our clothing is printed specifically for you, there is a production time of 2-5 business days. Once the item is ready, we will ship your order directly to you.
  • Shipping Confirmation: When your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping within the Netherlands:
    • Shipping Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after production time.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping costs: Free.
    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days after production time (depending on the location).

Please Note: Holidays or unexpected demand at Printify or shipping carriers may affect delivery times. We recommend ordering early if you need clothing for a specific date.

Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied by their country. Please consult your local customs office for more information regarding any additional costs.

Lost or Damaged Orders

At Bullet Coaching, we strive to deliver your order safely and intact. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at [email address] with photos of the damaged item, so we can assist you as best as we can.

Returns and Exchanges

Since all our items are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items. See our returns policy for more information on how to file a claim for a defective or incorrect item.
